Coup dur pour Apple : tout le buzz créé autour de son futur Iphone vient de lui échapper, via 2 sociétés qui déposent le nom.
  1. la marque "iPhone" a déjà été déposée aux USA par la société californienne Teledex LLC. (7 mars 2005), avec le descriptif suivant: "Telephone that integrates a display and interactive abilities with an IP-based network to deliver both voice communication and graphic-based content and services to hotel guestrooms".

  2. Une deuxième marque "iPhone", déposée par Infogear Technology Corporation, propriété de Cisco depuis mars 2000. Plus problématique pour la marque à la pomme ), poserait aussi problème car son descriptif inclue les utilisations informatisées et sur réseau... : "Computer hardware and software for providing integrated telephone communication with computerized global information networks".


Adieu donc la "Voice over IP" sur Mac ou AirPort...
